FICTION
The Fiction section contains books with stories and information that is NOT TRUE. These books are also called novels.
The books are organized first by genre and then by the author's last name. The Adventure and Animals books are located on the south wall of the Library and the section wraps around to the west wall of the library, ending with the Realistic Fiction section over by the computers.
The first letter of the author's last name is on the white sticker towards the top of the books spine.
You may notice some other stickers on the spines of the fiction books. Books that are part of a series have a yellow series sticker and a green number sticker to indicate the order of the books in the series. Fiction books also have a genre, or type, sticker. The major genres of fiction are:

There are 4,966 fiction books in the JFK Library. The book that's been checked out the most is The Search for Belle Prater by Ruth White.
